A WASTE OF MONEY June 18, 1999 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
If you never owned a dog before, I might recommend this book, but now that I think about it, NO I wouldn't..The pictures are even bad..Don't buy it!
an extra buy June 1, 1999 This book is good for new apbt owner. It tackles almost everything basic an owner should know about raising this breed. Although I still consider this book as an extra buy along with other good books listed on amazon.com
Great guide for the first time amstaff owner! March 22, 1999 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
As a new owner of a staffordshire terrier, I found this book to be very helpful and informative. It leads you through all the basics of puppy care and beyond with lots of tips and info. The pictures and illustrations are really a plus. Get it!
NOT SPECIFIC FOR THE PIT BULL/AM STAFF November 25, 1998 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This book has nothing special in it about the Pit Bull and Am Staff. It really is a waste. I'll keep it short and to the point. DON'T GET IT!!!!!!!!
A great, first-time owner's guide to the AmStaff Terrier February 26, 1998 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This book answers all those questions that a first-time owner of an AmStaff may have. From bringing home the puppy to caring for the older dog, the author covers this misunderstood breed of dog in detail. I especially liked the chapter on training the AmStaff. It helped me to avoid mistakes that so many other owners have made in training their dogs. You will want to occasionally review this book for additional advice at different stages of your pet's life. The book is a pure enjoyment to read. Once you start to read this book, you will not want to put it down.
